In certain circumstances, Hajibet may suspend or permanently close an account. Members may also choose to close their own account.

• If Hajibet finds evidence of a terms violation, it may suspend or close the account without prior notice.
• If an account is closed with a legitimate balance remaining and no violations on record, that balance will be returned.
• If you wish to close your account, please contact support. The process may not be completed until all pending bets are settled and bonus conditions are fulfilled.
• For any dispute, please contact support first. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to management level.
• You may request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period — during which logging in will not be possible.
